A Focus on Quality in Aluminium Conductors.
We manufacture aluminium conductor power cables for transmission and distribution lines. Every production stage, from aluminium wire rod to insulation, sheathing and testing, takes place at our own plant.
Our production plant is in Orhanlı, Tuzla, at the same address as our secondary aluminium plant.
02 — Production
From Raw Material to Cable.
A controlled production chain, tested at every stage, from raw materials sourced from approved suppliers to the finished cable.

Raw Materials
Aluminium is sourced as ingots of at least 99.7% purity from internationally approved suppliers. Plastic raw materials such as PVC, HDPE and XLPE are also sourced from approved suppliers in line with cable production standards.

Aluminium Wire Rod Production
Aluminium wire rod of various diameters and properties is produced on the continuous casting line.

Conductor Production
Wires drawn from the rod in the wire drawing section are stranded into conductors on the stranding lines. Overhead line conductors such as AAC, ACSR, ACSS and AAAC are also produced at this stage.

Insulation and Sheathing
Depending on the final product, conductors are insulated with different plastics and the cores are laid up. Armouring and screening are applied as required and the outer sheath completes the cable.

Testing and Shipment
Tested at every stage from input to finished product, cables undergo a final inspection and are then packed and shipped.
